Workshop 1 Follow-up

To help make the most of what you’ve learned and take it a bit deeper, we’ve identified a few additional resources and activities to be completed before our next session together.

1. Print out (double sided) and review the 100 Career Conversation Starters.
2. Listen to podcast: ‘3 Strategies for Cultivating Curiosity’.
3. Identify 3 questions that are particularly appropriate for your teammates and ask them, noting how the conversations go.
4. Download the Help Them Grow phone app for Apple or Android.
5. Watch video: The Climbing Wall.
